The easy part is coming up with it, the hardest part is sticking to it. Here are our top 5 resolutions: 1. Shifting the Christmas Bulge: I’m sure you can all relate to this one. If it isn’t Turkey, it’s pigs-in-blankets and if it isn’t Christmas pudding it’s a cheese cake. Yep, tis’ the season of indulgence but of course, ‘this year will be different’. 2. Design the Keep-Fit Plan: Forget the ridiculously expensive gym membership this year. Go old school. Invest in a decent pair of trainers and get jogging. 3. Sort the Love Life Out: Remember, life is too short to waste it being unhappy. Be yourself and everything else will fall into place. 4. Organise the Finances: Most people think that they budget, and budget well. When in reality if you’re spending more than what is coming in, it’s time to sit down and analyse where your money is going. Do your research and get clued up! 5. Every reason not to keep to the resolution: Do yourself proud this year, be the person you want to be.
